Founded in 1975, the Miller Center is a nonpartisan public policy institution. The Miller Center's mission is to research, reflect and report on issues of national importance to the governance of the United States, with special attention to the central role and history of the presidency. The website has a section for students and teachers who are interested in learning about American presidential history. The center’s multimedia archive contains over 4,000 Hours of Audio and Video, including many important presidential speeches, and also has an impressive online catalog for research.
